I have several 13, 15 u. 20 mm "live" rounds.
It is possible to deactivate the primer w/o taking the round apart.
I've never heard of an explosive charge in the base of an AP bullet.
What was the asking price???

It is illegal to send live ammo thru the mail in the US.
UPS or Fed Ex is OK.
