    That is an absolute cracker, and it must have set you back quite a few quid as well! I had a similar one some years ago that was also mint. The case was in copper, the streamers had never been undone and the fusing mechanism was complete. The pi**ock that I am, I sold it - along with a mint and complete rifle grenade.

    We Have all done that!!..I had one of these years ago before I started collecting Ordnance, got rid of it.

    And yes I made a mistake.. it is a No 1 Mk2 that would explain the 1916 Date
