Can someone please identify this ammunition

Hello Gentlemen,

These are two items that belong to a friend of mine. They were brought back by a family member at the end of WW2. My knowledge on ammunition is zero! Can someone please help identify them? And perhaps what they were fired from?

The bottom one looks to be a 3.7cm AP head is there anything marked on the copper band ?

top one looks like a 20mm hispano cannon shell 1944 dated. MF is an Australian maker, which is a new one to me, i didnt think they made Hispanos in Oz til after the war. It has been cut down as the shell should be 110mm long. It Also looks like a High Explosive projectile has been cut down and shoved in the end as the end has a fuse on it.
BE VERY CAREFUL I have seen trench art that is still live and can blow your head off. If the fuse is still live and the projectile still has the High Explosive content the projectile is dangerous. Remember these were an aircraft cannon shell and were designed to blow a hole in an aircraft. The primer still looks live as well as it is not struck.

Item #2 looks like a 37mm Nordenfelt projectile - there maybe either a "N" or "89" stamped on the body.

(Use electrolysis and it will come up like a bought one!)

The shell head is a 37mm AP round, from the looks of it, but with no markings remaining, it's tough to identify exactly. There were Many 37mm rounds in the war. Having said that, I Like the Trench Art from New Guinea! That is a Nice piece, for sure! Great find!
