Cannon Ball 18th Century

Article about: For some unknown reason, I've just acquired a British Naval 18th Century Cannonball.. It's heavy.. Dropping it on your foot would do some damage I'd hate to be on the receiving end of this,

    For some unknown reason, I've just acquired a British Naval 18th Century Cannonball..

    It's heavy.. Dropping it on your foot would do some damage

    I'd hate to be on the receiving end of this, fired at close quarters

    I've been told it's a British 6 Pdr Naval Cannon ball.

    It's heavy, round, with a lovely Patina and a beer bottle top acts as the display holder

    The 50P shows off it's size..

    I would say it's about three and a quarter inches wide.
