Yes, I can confirm that that kind of mines widely used in Ost front. And they are more dangerous than steel, due of the concrete fragmentations cannot be discovered with x-ray, and the fragmentation is like a dust, the men got a 1000's of hits and after the war peoples with that kind of damages live with a pain and no more than 10 years...
