    I found out that other finnish person also had same detonator, but was made after war, late 40-ties.
    Thus I will assume this is Finnish made, not sweden or german as I initially thought.

    It's not a Model 26 or Model 37 (Glühzündapparat) as issued to German troops.

    Necroposting my answer to my own question.

    This is Soviet made detonator, pre-war based model.
    In original configuration it should have brass plate with Russian text. But it has taken been off and Finns have re-written new technical numbers into it. Finnish war-loot.
