Fuse id please

Article about: Can anyone help with the id of this fuse, it is 7 3/4 inches in length and 2 1/2 inches at the widest point. After a good oiling I have managed to take the fuse apart. Thanks z4

    I have found some info on the fuse, it is a British no208 fuse.
