Agree with previous is it hollow can you see on the underside what may appear to be a compartment housing the fuse (Actuates the main charge)
If it is solid with no compartment then all is good as the projectile/rocket was either base fused or on a timed fuse but it would be good to see pics of the base so a full determination can be made of the item, good move on the shed pays to be cautious.
