Help ID a Possible WWI Round

Hello, I picked up this trench art letter opener today and was wondering if anyone could help me ID the type of round it was made from. I think it may be a lebel 8mm round but I am unsure. Looking at the picture of the headstamp, at the 12 o'clock position is "18", at the 3 o'clock position is "N", at the 6 o'clock position is "I" or "1", and at the 9 o'clock position is "TS". Thanks in advance for any help.
