Things like this have been fabricated for a long time. A favorite is the .58 cal slug in the civil war waist belt plate. I find it funny that there are no stress cracks around the hole nor is the watch deformed in any way. If the bullet had enough force to go through the watch the force would also radiat out from the hit. I don't believe it.
