Nice complete thing and I believe these go for a fair bit in such good condition. I would say its been repainted. I could be wrong but I think the yellow would have been a bit darker as the intention was that during the summer months these would blend in with a field of corn or whatever to make them even more treacherous.

It's in a lovely condition, quite heavy too.
The "Wings" came in different shapes and sizes.
