No simple answer, I find them by asking friends and strangers and visiting flea markets all the time.
The Internet, including this place have also got me one or two things.

Are they really that easy to find in Europe? In the United States, you are lucky to get a Mills for $200 if you can find one. Stick grenades add a few hundred more. Artillery shells are really easy to find for some reason though.

Oh, the mills bomb.
It was sold on FB by a reenactment friend, he actually had two.
I got it for 100€ .
