    Default Old shell head.

    Hi,
I was given this old shell head today from a lithuanian friend who brings pieces back over to here, i know it is a bit tatty at the moment but i would like to restore it to some sort of display piece. I need an ID on it though, im thinking it is Russian as the only markings on it are these but the " B" is backward ( B C ) the marking is on the top ring,
it messures 7,3/4 " high, 2, !/4" Dia, the drive band is 2,5/16". the outside of the top ring is 1, 9/16", inside 1, 1/8 " i know you all like a puzzle so im hoping someone will know something about this.
