    A good rifle and so is the K31. The "straight pull" operation of the bolt is quite nice.

    Question: Why is some rifle rounds called "ball" when there is not much ball to them Just saw it again on the M52 ammo box.

    Hi Lars,as I understand ,the original projectiles were round balls in muzzleloaders. Nowadays any solid bullet like FMJ are classed as ball ammo,but I`ve been wrong before....how`s your little darlin` doing,still playing with grenades?....Pete.

    I understand but now they are long and pointed

    She is doing great my friend I am still in Germany with her and my wife, but when i come back to Russia i should be able to get out and dig up some more "toys".

    Just wondering zwerge, does the writing in marker on the case of the rounds subtract from the value?
