Advertised as original.
However stamps do look good.
Can the ammo experts provide some opinions on it?

I am not one of the experts ( they might also comment ) however the markings are correct for Collis Metalwerke,so I would not be afraid to purchase it.....Pete.

Doesn't the '28' designation on the base suggest that this is a naval (Kreigsmarine) round? It looks just like a Bofors case to me.

Hi Ned,I dont know about the 28,but the Germans used Bofors guns and produced ammo for them........Pete.

In German naval use, the gun was designated the 4 cm Flak 28
