Nice box of ammo. You should show the PP as well!
That said, and will defer to some of the experts here, but I think the box may be commercial. I have a few wartime boxes of 7.65 and they are not packaged in a commercial manner. Also (and I may be wrong here, the headstampings do not look military. Like I said, I could be wrong.
