Please help Ident. German Shell

I have 3 Heavy rounds I need help Identifying in my collection
1st Is this german Shell @ 3 o'clock is 1936
@ 9 o'clock is the "P"
@ 6 0'clock is The Eagle and swastika
under this is 6349
under this is S.IUCHK 18 ??
Its 17.5" long and 4.25" at base not including the rim
with no shoulder to speak of

Greetings, and welcome to the forum.

You've misread the line in your last photo- below the 6349, which is the case model identification code, it's s. 10cm K. 18, which identifies your weapon- the s 10cm K18, 10cm schwere Kanone 18, a heavy howitzer. That's the nice thing about German large caliber munitions- the weapon is marked on the case so it's immediately identifiable...

that would depend upon, if i can post other than ww2 on here..i had the next one all ready to go then...stopped..cause i just hate being ripped by others for posting in the "wrong areas" of a forum...
I know the year and the maker I just want to know what it the next round is "called", but again its from 2/97

Ah, well yes, this really is supposed to be a WWII forum with a little WWI and other eras- 1997 isn't exactly 'historical' LOL That being said, the USSR section is formally listed as going all the way to its end in 1991- so I guess since you've already done a WWII piece, just continuing with something modern isn't exactly terrible- you're not starting a new thread for it afterall. So go ahead... The diameter of the case mouth will tell you the calibre of course and with a relatively minimal variety of weapons of each calibre in use in the late '90s, I'd think it not too hard to find out what you have.
