Default SS casing with no factory

    hey all again
i picked up this casing at fortress wales (caldicot) from a polish guy selling dug up stuff, i know hes a genuine guy, i think his name was ken or dave
anyway iv had if for a while but everytime i look at it is seems "off", like why is the primer and the head flush? maybe from grinding the bottom down to expose the stamps? and why is there no factory mark? all the others i have seen were made at DWM

    any ideas?

btw how much does a B.Patrone round go for now?

A B-Patrone goes for about five years now if you do not have a Section 5 authority!

The SS marked shell cases are fashioned by some, patently looking to dress up an otherwise ordinary piece. Personally, I wouldn't feel comfortable with that example. Below are two pieces I own / have owned - compare the markings with the one shown above, there is a difference in clarity for sure.

Remember it is still a Section 5 projectile even if the rest of the round is deactivated. It is very difficult to de-act a B-patr. bullet without detonating it due to the sensitivity of the initiator.
