Trying to identify 50 cal round for someone and i am stumped

I have gone through many things I know and cannot find this headstamp.
50 cal round american made (I believe) headstamp is
U (at the 12o'clock looking at it)
4 (at the 8 o'clock)
3 (at the 4 o'clock)

I know a pic would be better, but I am unable to get a clear one, very old and was dound in salt water/dune area at low tide. I am not completly sure about posting this here, so I am going to try another spot on the forums as well. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me...I just can't find a match with any others I have seen.

Utah ordinance plant,Salt Lake City Utah,the 43 is the date,1943.

Thanks for the info. I thought that UT was for this plant, but I discovered the diffefrence while I was waiting for response. In the last few moments I have also found a website of a guy that worked at the remains of the oldplant that was shut down in 1949 (production there stopped in 1946). Very interesting find in the dunes along the Oreogn Coast while on a Geocahce trip.

It was originaly UT but was changed to U in late 1942.
