Unknown shell found in berlin

I am not shure about this shellcasing
It was stamped 95 6 S
It was dugout in the reichstag gardens in berlin after the fall of the wall with other things
Maybe 98k?
It is so big like a 98k shell casing
I am really no expert and search for answers
