What is this grenade? RGD-5?

Hi all-

I just picked this up in a local store and now I'm wondering what I just bought. It looks similar to an RGD-5 but has a training fuse-look-alike attached to the top and the body feels like solid metal. Any idea what country it's from? I thought maybe it was an American training aid but it doesn't look like the ones on lexpev.nl. The top is flatter than most RGD5s. Any ideas?

To me it looks like a training grenade by the blue fuse part and it being solid metal. I think they just added a weird casting on the model of a RGD-5.

Looks like a Russian training grenade to me.
