WW2 stick grenade?

I have seen this stick grenade, and assume it is either a copy or 'Hollywood' item. For a start it is too new, and the eagle is painted rather than stamped on. No numbers on the handle (so far). What is a fair price?

Repro item. I've seen them occasionally for about $40 to $50.

One cannot normally import/post these into Canada so they
sell for a bit more when you do see them at all.........

I will be offering a lot less than he is asking then! Thanks. I saw ne in Poland for $13 with $9 shipping!! Not bad.

Looks like one of the infamous Chinese copies from a few years back. Even so, they are good copies and, as long as you know it is a repro and accept it as such, it's worth what you're willing to pay for it ! £20 would be ok in my book.
