Hi, Its a Siamese Mauser bayonet, made by the Japanese for the army of Siam (Thailand) dates from around 1903, it fits the Siamese version of the G98 Mauser I beleive, I have one in my collection also.

After a bit more research these bayonets fit the Siamese Type 45 Rifle which although based on the Mauser action was not identical, so these bayonets may not fit the German Mauser's.
I have in fact tried mine on an Argentinian Mauser and it was a reluctant tight fit, I did'nt force it on though.
