Bayonet Question

Hi,
I was hoping somebody could help me identify this Bayonet and its potential value. I see no markings. I am thinking it might be Japanese. Any help is much appreciated.

Hi rustic,
It is Japanese Arasaka bayonet, i cant help with the price but it looks a good one, it should have three rings as a marking on the blade. but it could be late war manufacture where they just quickly made them as they did the swords.
