    So what are the hole's in the hand guard for?

    It's a cleaning hole to remove the dirt from the inside of the bayonet and not an oiling hole as many think.

    A super rare bayonet Rene. If you could only keep one bayonet, this would be the one to keep.

    It is a Very Nice and Rare one, I liked looking at it a second time on the Bump.
    I always thought the wood inlay made that on look so special in the EB world.

    I really never got into the EB's ,But That also would be the one EB if I had to pic one for my collection.
