    Sorry, only the last two words: ΕΣΟ 53 means ΕΣΣΟ 53, Εκπαιδευτική Σειρά Στρατεύσιμων Οπλιτών. That is the Educational Series of Armored Fighters and means that the soldier was ranked in 1953. The other words perhaps is his (inconsistent) name and the city that he was born (ΑΡΤΗΣ) ARTA Greece. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arta,_Greece
