MK1 2nd Type P1888 bayonet markings

Hi guys, recent pick up.
Mki 2nd type P.1888 bayonet.

Has all the usual markings such as bend test, acceptance VR over date of 11 '96 etc...
could anyone help with the regimental (?) markings?
what are the B and N for?

Naval service and the B should be an inspectors mark, mine has an M on the handle spine.
