need help identifying bayonet

Does anyone know the maker and origin of this bayonet ? The blade is 9 3/4"

Made by the Toledo arsenal Spain-was intended to double as a machete for clearing brush etc but far too short to be of any use for such purposes-will fit on a variety of Spanish rifles, some of which use a small lug adaptor-a very old fashioned looking bayo to have been adopted in 1941!

I thought it was pre 1941 just looking at it. I have a military wire collection that I am mounting with wire cutters and some bayonets, I will post some pictures when I get it done
