If so its a Prince-Smith & Stells Co.

As mentioned it's a Prince-Smith & Stells Ltd made No.4 MKII*, the 'N' is for N56 which is their wartime 'code'. PSK used afew different styles of markings, some of which cann be seen here... PSK No.4 MKII* Spike Bayonets,
