looks like a Aug 1918 Chapman and that's the Canadian ownership marking. The grips have been removed by a non armourer as all service armourers made sure the screw heads were aligned. Not a rule but pride in their workmanship.

A nice bayonet from a maker not as common Wilkinson or Sanderson.
No one has pointed out that it isn't the Queen's crown stamped on the bayonet, it'll be the King's crown for George V.

Well, I'm no expert, but the $30 scabbard on Ebay turns out quite nice.
Here are some pictures.
Sounds like a bargain to me, even if it isn't the teardrop type.
