Question: marking upon sheath of an israeli Mk.1A bayonet

Article about: Hi mates ! Today I received an Israeli Mark 1A bayonet. Upon the reverse side of the scabbard I spotted an mark. Any further informations, (translation ?), regarding this particular mark ? ?

    Today I received an Israeli Mark 1A bayonet.

    Upon the reverse side of the scabbard I spotted an mark.

    Today I received another, Israeli, Mk.IA. bayonet showin´ this, particular, mark.
    Such stamping isn´t that often seen upon scabbards of the Mk.IA. !!!


    Here´s an e-mail, I received from Israel in December 2011:

    Dear Sir,
    Thank you for your enquiry. I have done some research into the background behind the marking.
    The marking is made by the company that produced the bayonet, and certifies that it is safe for use.
