RAF/MoD Survival knife

I was at a show today, and tis guy had this knife, it looked like this one, but had a DPM camo nylon sheath and was marked WEB TEX, had no MoD markings at all. Would it be an aftermarket knife just for civilians? I was curious, I've seen web tex around, but wasn't sure if it was an authorized manufacturer or not.

Hi the Webtex is a company making copies of British army items for army cadets ,camping etc ,not British army issue items

Thank you, I thought I had heard something like that, but couldn't remember for sure. He was gone when I went back today, but I found a real one on line I'm thinking about
