I recently bought this bolo bayonet for a pretty good price but admittedly didnt do as much research as I should have on bayonets and didnt notice the sharpened edge and scartches until just recently. Should i try to remove the sharpened edge and attempt to take it back to a 'Factory edge' or should i just leave it as is?
    Any advice is much appreciated,
    Cheers,

With edged weapons the value is in the condition of the blade. I personally think the damage is done and what ever work you do to it won’t fix the issue that it’s been tampered with. On saying that I don’t think it looks too terrible and these don’t seem to be overly expensive. If the condition worries you, buy another one.
