Article about: I was at a gunshow this past weekend and got this in a trade. I've always liked the look and feel of these. It's PAL marked

Re: USN Mk1
There were several makers of the USN MK 1. Pal Cutlery must have made
millions of them as they are still found in unissued condition.
Yours has been used but not abused.........!

Re: USN Mk1
Thank you. I like them used a little, I think it gives them some character, and you can think about the story of the piece.

Re: USN Mk1
That's really sweet Blitzkrieg, I've never seen the paper with one before, nice to know they still had to tell us how to use them even back then lol
That's a very nice collection Steve, I've never seen one with the wood before, but I think that USN stamp is earlier, at least according to my buddy who collects American blades. I might have to start collecting more of these, they kind of grow on you hehe

Re: USN Mk1
I really like that model.
I found one without a scabbard when I was a youngster. I learned how to throw a knife with it.
Within 6 months I could stick it in a 6 inch space at 10 paces 9 times out of 10 as time went by I could stick it every time at 15 paces.
I loved that knife.
