    Nice helmet!

    You could identify the maker of the shell by looking closely near the joint of the rim. It should read either GSW (General Steel Wares) or C/LC (Canadian Lamp Company) and a year.

    My example, a Dutch post war reused Canadian has it's markings near the rim joint as you posted, but is marked to AG/C made by Aluminum Goods Company. Another maker is VMC ------- Viceroy Manufacturing

    AG/C is a maker I did not know! Thanks. As far as I know is VMC a liner producer.
