The are two MK2’s (one looks like a S. African), seven MK3’s and a MKIV which have all been turned into lamp shadesI imagine the size of the lamp socket hole means they can't be reconverted.

Beautiful looking Lampswhat a waste of history,wonder if they were without liner?or even worse purposely removed just for the conversion,this just makes supply and demand rise even higher...............
