I don't think that's a Womens cap, I think it is the more common Winter Cap, someone has added that the RS Badge.

Hi Dean I have no problem being mistaken and corrected but I will have to respectfully disagree the winter ski cap was made from a coarser blend of wool very reminiscent of the same wool used on BD's please check out the images and the link below.
