    Default AAF B5 Flak helmet

I got this a while ago and every time I tried to upload the pictures I got an error so ill try again... The M5 flak helmet retains most of its flock coating has a mint liner and chin straps. I couldn't pass this up since I am an AAF collector!!!

Thanks I would not mind finding a M3 , I like the look of them since they are more like a M1 in shape.

AmericanKraut, not trying to be picky with you but the correct terminology for the AAF flak helmets is M3 and M5 not B3 and B5. The chronological sequence of the AAF flak helmets was: M3, M4, M4A2, and finally the M5. This list does not include the T3 series test helmets or the H-28-CL helmet.

That was a mistake from looking at B3 jackets too long the past week ... I got too much on my mind haha

Very nice helmet. Somewhat on topic, does anyone know where replacement chinstraps can be found for an M3 Flak helmet?

    A beauty! Very impressive indeed.
As far as I know only McCord made these.
