ARMY MkII with net

Khaki green matt gritty paint to the outside with khaki smooth paint to the inside. The net is the early hexagonal type which are quite hard to find, it has a few holes & is worn around the rim & on the crown of the helmet. The shell is dated 1940 & has the letters SC which might be for Steel Ceilings Ltd, the liner which is made by HELMETS Ltd is dated 1939.
Unfortunately this helmet is not mine but I'll try & convince him to leave it with my other netted helmet.

Here's another army MkII with an original to the helmet, a camouflage helmet cover. An early woven net which probably only saw a few years service before the knotted type replaced it in at a guess 43/44.
Both helmet & liner were made by BMB, shell 41 liner 40. Does anyone else have a woven or knotted type net they can show.
