    Cant quite make out what is written on the third ?

    Apologies, the topic of picture is not very pleasant,but Helmets are interesting.

    Interesting photo. I suspect the one on the left is Casualty Service, or some such. Anyone know for sure ?

    I might be wrong but could this be one of the V1 attacks in South London?It really reminds me of pic I've seen but taken from a different angle...

    Not that one no...the one i'm thinking of is IWM D 21248 (Imperial War Museum photo)

    Two very good photos, interesting that one is in colour and one in black & white, seeing that they are both from the same incident and obviously taken within moments of each other.
