Saw this one Saleroom myself (I think)....the band confused me...is it blue or black? And is there a wider band ghosting beneath? If it’s blue it might be an Industrial ARP homage to the non-firefighting NFS guys’n’gals who wore blue as you know.

cheers compo, yeah it was via the saleroom. I was after several of the BD blouses they had up in the same auction, but they went for far more than my meagre budget would allow!
It is definitely a black band There is no blue band, or evidence of one.
....well, that clarifies it...it's clearly "Prime Bloody Minister."...it was Churchill's helmet!!
