What you have there is a Mk2 No.2A, (1 hole in the brim) to donate that it was for home front use only.
The BZ432 is the steel batch number, but before that is F&L for maker name Fisher & Ludlow.

Read somewhere that these single hole Brodie helmets were also issued to foreign troops fighting for the the French in world war 2. Anyone know anything about this?
