    Not my thing really, but it came with another helmet, a BMB made Mk4 dated 1953. Since someone pointed out that some of these Mk4's come without the rims I've seen a handful since, this I think being one of those.
    It looks to have been painted olive drab then over painted black, it has the Mk3 liner which is also dated 1953 & made by CCL.

    Nice Aaron I am not a big fan either of the Mk 4-5 but still have three in my collection dating from 45- 52 with a MOD 70's refit on the one with new liner liner and paint they are slowly growing on me.
