British Para Helmet - Camo & Flash??

Hi Friends,

I've found this helmet that I might want to buy, but I've never seen a brit para helmet with camo & flash before, so I would like to get some opnions on this one. Unfortunately I only got these 2 photos right now but Im trying to get better pics (obviously I need one of the leatherband to see the manufacturer and year).

I would pass just looking at the paintwork. Never done like this is the war. The interior (crown area) has the original wartime paint. The drawstring and odd padding to the front are not original.

Yes I saw this one too, the camo is typical post war colours, but you can see the original colour on the inside.It might be a WW2 HSAT that was used into the 50's & 60's.

Just placed a very low bid, obviously I wont pay much for it, but I know someone who collects post war para helmets.

But the price is already now more than the 20 euros I would have paid max.

post war HSAT quite often go for £100-£200.
