Canadian Mark 2 helmets picked up

Hi Guys, Picked up some Canadian Mark 2 helmets , this one is a CL/C 1942 with Viceroy liner sadly missing 5 bumper pads though. It is marked WMC and has the name Osborne under the rim also sadly covered over with paint. Looks like it was near to something being sprayed with the same paint as you can see overspray on it. Can anyone tell me what the WMC stands for please? Thanks ! Neil.

Next one is also a CL/C 1942 and a Viceroy liner. It has 19 marked on it .

Next is a GSW lacking chinstrap, looks like the liner retaining hardware has been replaced. Seems more of a brown color to me .
