    Flak is an abbreviation of a German term so not that. Fire is more likely 🚒

    Almost certainly worn by a Fireman....probably Industrial ARP (Factories etc had to operate Fire, Gas etc services depending on the number of employees they had and their location and type of business)....I think this one (or similar) was on eBay recently......
