Liner certainly looks Korean era, what is the heatstamp on the steel shell?
Shell would be late WWII era manufacture.. Certainly 100% post war paint, these had such a long issue life, it is likely impossible to state exactly when last painted/used. I have seen late WWII shells with providence used in Korea with this style of overpaint. The chinstraps are a bit of a mystery. Could be the poor photos but the straps look khaki which would be not correct for a late war shell, they used OD colour (green) late war.
The chinstraps are Khaki. The liner has a red stripe around the base, visible in places where the painted flaked off, there are also reflective spots beneath the paint.
