Hi, mates !

This helmet was offered to me as an Australian one.

IMHO it´s an overworked Mk.II helmet with damaged and, "repaired" by "Bubba", liner with non original emblem ! ...

What´s your opinion ?

Not Australian, always look for no rim..its so bad it almost looks good lol..i found this dodgy one online..i should ad, the only verifiable original ive seen didnt have the white outline around the rat, like almost all of them online

Well you have to remember normal people painted these on, so theres a huge variant in how they look..for me i would need it in hand, but yours doesnt strike me immediately as fake as most of the fakes out there (this is a heavily faked helmet btw).. The 7th Armoured Division is in fact British not Australian and your helmet is British so thats ok

No its in a Museum in Singleton, Australia, Australian Army Infantry Museum..it hasnt been on display for years, since the museum changed direction to a more family orientated one..ps i like how youve put my quote above the one i declared as dodgy
