Mk. III helmet ... post war color?

I need your help, to know if this Mk.III helmet has a ww2 or post war color.

Looks like post war paint to me most i have seen have been a brown colour

It is most likely post war olive drab, which with wear looks like the khaki green that was used on the first Mk3's.
Have you a pic of the inside?
Here's some pics of a post war painted Mk3 in olive drab, for comparison you can see the WW2 khaki green inside, next to the olive drab. But most were painted dark brown.

Looks to green to be khaki, that's post war olive drab.
Sometimes it was just the outside repainted, others it was inside & out.
