    the net has left a nice ghosting to the helmet.
    The shell was made by Harrison Brothers & Howson, & dated 1940, to the right of this stamp is an ^ over a T.

    Is this the super expensive example that was on ebay recently? It really is a stunner and the net ghosting is the best I have seen.

    As I have commented previously, these WWII British helmets are only going up in price/value and prices like these still do not compare to that asked for rather average German lids of the period, whilst this is quite possibly a sole survivor.

    I say again, very nice.
